Big Humpty (Phillips park Manchester )

After walking in Phillips park in Manchester in the lovely weather we came to Big

Humpty thinking that we would only spend half an hour there, This turned into at

least an hour and a half because of its of hypnotic curve that you encounter.

Built in the early 1900’s Big Humpty is a culvert-ed section of the River Medlock
with a mix of brick & stonework lasting for 200/250 Metres dates back about 200 years
